  • If error codes 14.64, 009, 14, 14.10, 14.11, 14.50, 14.62, and 14.30 display on the screen, you must restart your Roku and WIFI router.
  • Meanwhile, error codes 14.20, 14.62, 14.64, 016, and 017 indicate that the network is poor or unstable. So, you can move the WiFi router within the range to establish a standard connection.
  • Finally, if error codes 012 and 013 perish, reset the WiFi router to fix the error.
